1/4 fruit, or a small banana, small peach, etc...
1/4 breads, grains, or starches
1/4 meats, fish, eggs, protein, dairy
1/4 non starchy vegetables
To drink have a glass of water or a small glass of milk

One healthy Cookie (See Recipe Below)
One egg, scrambled or over easy.
Plain Yogurt (no sugar) add “Splenda”
Two strawberries cut in fourths
Tomatoes cut into pieces. Add little olive oil and cut peppers.
Healthy Cookies Easy Recipe
1 c. raisins
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 c. dates, chopped
1/2 c. shortening
3 tsp. sweetener
1 tsp. soda
Boil raisins, dates and water for 3 minutes. Add shortening and cool. Add eggs, then all remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

What's For Dinner Tonight? Make This Easy Healthy Zucchini Pie (No Crust)
3 small zucchini grated
3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of flour
little salt
dash of pepper
1 small onion cut in small pieces
1/2 cup of oil
3 eggs
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix the flour, salt, pepper, cheese, onion. In a separate bowl beat the eggs and the oil.
Mix everything together; pour into pan (no need to grease pan)
Bake until crust is brown or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 45 minutes.
(You can add any kind of sausage if you want more spice)
